CoP Power Skills Inspire Session: How AI Is Changing the Roles of PMs and PMOs, and Why Communication Is Becoming an Even More Important Power Skill

On Monday, November 2, at 7:00 p.m., the Power Skills Community of Practice (CoP) invites you to its very first Inspire Session. What is an Inspire Session? A guest speaker from outside the chapter or a selected chapter member gives a short presentation on a topic chosen by the CoP members themselves. For this inaugural event, the CoP members selected Janine Faaß, Team Lead for Project Management & PMO at Zeppelin Rental GmbH, from among five proposed speakers.

Janine Faaß, who will also be speaking in person at the PM Summit 2026 in Düsseldorf (https://pm-summit.de), will address our online event on November 2 from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. on the topic “How AI Is Changing the Role of PM and PMO, and Why Communication Is Becoming an Even More Important Power Skill.” The session will last 60 minutes (including at least 15 minutes for Q&A), will take place online, and is open to all members of the PMI Germany Chapter and other interested parties.

Through the Inspire Sessions, the CoP brings external knowledge into its own work and facilitates dialogue among members from different organizations and industries.
