Join Norbert Schielow for a practical introduction to continuous improvement designed specifically for project managers. Discover the key methodologies, understand how continuous improvement relates to project management, and explore useful tools for analysis and solution design.

The session is particularly suitable for project managers who are new to concepts such as PDCA, root cause analysis and value stream analysis.

At our meetings so far last year, it has become clear that our members would like to take a closer look at the PMBOK® Guide. At the next meeting, one of our participants will give a presentation on the topic of ‘Stakeholder in the Performance Domains’ and show how these can be applied in projects in the life sciences sector.
Afterwards, we would like to initiate a discussion and exchange our own experiences and good practices.
