How will working in project teams adapt to a changing working world that is increasingly characterized by new AI tools? How can teamwork be reinterpreted and, above all, (re-)designed? Discussing these questions using the perspective of science and practice and evaluating solutions is the focus of the PVM 2024 with the guiding theme of “New Work in Projects - Teamwork reinterpreted”.
The aim of the event is, on the one hand, to present well-founded scientific approaches to a specialist audience with experiences of their application in practice and, on the other hand, to present scientific topics relevant to practice to provide space for interdisciplinary discussion and exchange of experiences.
To discuss these questions between academia and practice, this year we invite contributions in particular - but not exclusively - to the following topics:
- Project work and leadership in distributed and increasingly virtualized teams
- Modern IT solutions and their influence on individual work situations and collaboration in and between project teams
- Modern team concepts in line with (new) process models in IT projects
We are particularly looking for contributions from practice for which only sets of slides must be submitted and which are evaluated according to practice-related adapted criteria.
Details about the submission and the detailed call for papers can be found on the website https://pvm-tagung.de/beitrag-einreichen
The conference will be held in German!
