In 2022 and 2023, the PMI Sweden Chapter, in cooperation with many chapters worldwide, conducted intensive surveys among project managers about Experience in using and the extent of personal use of AI in project management as well as skills in the field and also predictions for the future.

The study had a total of 2,314 participants from 129 countries. The key findings and essential statistical data were summarized and published at the beginning of the year in the report "Artificial Intelligence and Project Management: A Global Chapter Led Survey 2024".

However, the journey is not over yet. The data collected has much more potential. Building on this, the initiative has now produced the case study report "Navigating AI in Project Management - The guide to Articial Intelligence in Projectmanagement". This elaboration dives deeper and contains real-life examples that demonstrate the impact of AI on project management.

240408 NavigatingAIThe Swedish Chapter's initiative invites you to engage with the report, share it in your personal networks and join the discussion on the evolving role of AI in project management. Shared insights and experiences are invaluable in recognizing the potential of AI in project management and shaping the future of project management.
