Are you a young project manager? Do you want to take your career to the next level and get started in project management? With the Youth Empowerment Program the PMI Germany Chapter has a turbo boost for you.
After our โYouth Empowerment Programโ was very well received in the first two rounds - several โyoung professionalsโ took part with great enthusiasm in 2023 and 2024 - we are now starting the third round.
๐ฏ What is it all about?
The proportion of overall economic value added that is generated by projects is increasing. Accordingly, knowledge and skills in dealing with projects are playing an increasingly important role in personal career development. Our aim is to promote young talents in project management and support them in their career development.
๐ก How do we do that?
We form peer groups that network with each other, exchange ideas and share knowledge. We also run workshops and boot camps on various topics related to project management.
๐ Who can participate?
In principle, the program is open to members of the PMI Germany Chapter e.V. We will put non-members on the waiting list for the time being. Allocation is made at the end of the application period.
