PMI has published “AI in Infrastructure and Construction Projects”, a new GenAI e-learning.

After the extremely successful course “Practical Application of Generative AI for Project Managers”, in which concrete application examples for the use of GenAI were shown in a very practical way (if you have not yet done the course, we absolutely recommend Practical Application of Generative AI for Project Managers), the new course “AI in Infrastructure and Construction Projects” is dedicated to an industry whose projects are characterized by longevity, sustainable significance, high investment costs, sometimes very complex planning and approval processes, environmental regulations, engineering challenges such as geological conditions and considerable risks.   

Course content - What will I learn as a participant?  

Course participants will gain insight into the practical application of AI in practice from leading construction companies through interviews, company visits, best practices and learning resources showcasing proven and practical applications. Top industry experts will present how they use AI for scheduling, bid optimization, risk detection, lessons learned management and more, increasing the success, safety, efficiency, speed and quality of their projects.
