The quarterly chapter magazine of the PMI Germany Chapter serves to inform our members and people interested in project management about the chapter and chapter life as well as to pick up, present and discuss topics from the world of project management. The next edition of the Chapter Magazine will be published in February 2023.

Since the merger of the regional chapters we have been operating as PMI Germany Chapter for two years now. During this time, we have published a chapter magazine every three months, each with a focus topic.
Feedback on whether the respective focus topic was well chosen was provided to us by the number of articles sent and the number of downloads. Both metrics have in common that they only become visible late in the process of creating the magazine. It is then no longer possible to change them. As a result, the number of downloads of the individual issues has varied quite considerably.
Therefore, we have now decided to make the magazine more thematically open, to abolish the main topic per issue and to replace it with a few superordinate topics that we would like to work on continuously. The overarching themes reflect content that we as an organization consider important and relevant.
We want to enter 2023 with the following overarching themes:

- New Work - project management as a form of work for the future
- Integration of sustainability in projects
- The role and importance of diversity in projects
- Contribution of project management to the major transformations of our time (climate change, consequences of the Covid-19 pandemic, consequences of the war in Ukraine, etc.).
We want to write about this and more in the next issues of the Chapter Magazine and are also looking forward to your article submissions.
