She has demonstrated expertise in creating and building new sales leads, engaging with cross-functional teams to increase sales and revenues. Ms. Shiwanthika De Costa has an impressive track record of managing projects for 8 years, specializing in customer touchpoint renovations, branding, paperless office initiatives, and customer touchpoint equipment. She also has a proven track record of providing administrative support to sales teams, including daily top management reporting and daily KPI monitoring.
