Dear PM enthusiasts, members of PMI and friends,

Greetings and here's the invite to the next English Round Table for the project management professionals living in and around the city of Frankfurt. With this event we intend to facilitate exchange between PMs, and we will talk about Project & Program Management related topic in the Organization.

This meeting will allow you to discuss on any of the project management related topic or questions in your project, program, organization, or your day-to-day activities. Our volunteer team from the PMI Germany Chapter will be available to facilitate the discussion.

As we are an international team, the language of the event is English, and the questions can be discussed in German if required.

The Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) Guide provides principles and guidance for managing projects effectively. However, it does not necessarily address the unique needs of AI software projects. To address these differences, Alexey Burdakov, Ph.D., has written a paper that critically evaluates the applicability of the PMBOK Guide framework to Artificial Intelligence (AI) software projects, highlighting key limitations and proposing tailored adaptations.
