As AI transforms business operations, organizations must adapt their structure to harness its full potential. Hence, organization Design for Artificial Intelligence is critical for enabling effective integration of AI technologies into existing structures and processes. This adaptation involves rethinking roles, workflows, decision-making processes, and organizational culture. A well-designed AI-centric organization can contribute to topline growth by unlocking new revenue sources through improved levels of creativity and innovation as well as bottomline growth through optimized resource allocation and improved overall operational efficiencies. In addition, as AI capabilities rapidly evolve, organizations need flexible structures to quickly adapt to changing marketplace developments, technological advancements and changing customer expectations. Prioritizing organization design for AI enables organizations to remain competitive, agile and poised to leverage AI's benefits, while mitigating intrinsic risks and challenges associated with AI systems.

2) Benjamin Bürkner and Andreas Slogar (Deloitte)

Managing Director of Helaba Digital, is looking forward to sharing his experiences from the AI ​​project with the participants and discussing them.

The introduction of AI solutions in banks presents particular challenges - from strategic planning to integration into existing processes, risk management and employee acceptance. In this report, Helaba (Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen) provides insights into its practice-oriented and incremental approach to the company-wide implementation of AI. Concrete experiences, success factors and best practices are presented that help to make the introduction of AI solutions efficient and sustainable.
