IWD belongs to everyone, everywhere. Inclusion means all IWD action is valid.

We will start with a lecture by Isabelle Terrier:
"Encouragement for Inclusion - the Factor of Humanity”. She will share with us practical experiences of active inclusion work through stages from her biography. #inspireinclusion #accelerateprogress

Isabelle has been engaged in various roles, initially as a software developer, later in leadership positions such as Lead Project Manager, Project Portfolio Manager IT, Operation Excellence, and today as a mediator, advocating for inclusion and empowering development in the workplace. She has spearheaded the establishment of networks and the promotion of equal opportunities both internally within the company and in her volunteer work. Isabelle invests in her professional development as well as her personal growth; tango and meditation are among her pursuits. Her motto "enhance management to do the right projects and coaching project managers to do the projects right" reflects her focus on effective and humane leadership.

Afterwards, we are planning a discussion session in which we will talk about how including everyone, especially supporting women in project management, brings us closer together, generates innovative ideas and allows us to move forward faster. 

We are honored to have Iris Meinl leading the conversation, alongside pasionate project managers and advocate for Womens’ inclusion Silviya Apostolova, Rosa Ruano, Gaby Schäfer. Each brings a unique perspective to the table, with inspiring stories of overcoming challenges and forging new paths. Together, they will explore how collaboration and fresh thinking bring transformative dynamics to project management.

The discussion will examine the benefits of being part of a network and address important topics such as inclusion in the workplace. Furthermore, our panelists will share valuable advice for newcomers to project management, offering insights on what advice they would give to someone just starting out in the field.
