What does the future of project management look like? Will project management change in a revolutionary or evolutionary way?
On May 10, 2023 we will launch the Youth Empowerment Program!
After the Female Empowerment Program (#FEMP) has been successfully established in the PMI Germany Chapter, we will start the Youth Empowerment Program (#YEP) on May 10th.
To an increasing extent, we will work in projects in the future. The work form "project" will therefore make up a steadily increasing share of the working world. This is why many people are talking about the "project economy", which will determine our working lives in the future. Against this background, it makes sense to deal with what projects are, how projects run and what is important in order to carry out projects well.

Your answers are very important to us and will help us to optimize our work and adapt our offers to your needs.
Social Responsibility Projects: Dachau AppSolut worth seeing
18 students of the Ignaz-Taschner-Gymnasium Dachau are dealing with the old town of Dachau in this project as part of their P-Seminar and have set themselves the goal of making guided tours of Dachau's monuments more attractive to young people.
Project talents are still in demand and wanted!
According to PMI's 2023 Job Trend Report, 2.3 million people will be needed each year to fill all the project management job openings expected by 2030.
Prospects are particularly good for those with a good mix of technical skills and power skills (communication, problem solving, strategy and team leadership).

Only news in the West
The Local Groups of the PMI Germany Chapter provide the "tangible environment" for the members: "where the rubber meets the road": they offer events, working groups and personal contacts - so to say everything a member of our PMI Germany Chapter needs. Therefore it is important to maintain such a Local Group over generations. This is what we want to try with the Local Group Rheinland. But we are also looking for active support in our region West. .
