Online event LG Darmstadt "SUPERCHARGE YOUR VIRTUAL MEETINGS BY BECOMING A MIRO SUPERHERO"
In today's fast-paced, remote-working environment, traditional tools like physical whiteboards and in-person meetings are becoming increasingly obsolete. This 60-minute virtual session is designed to introduce project managers to Miro, a powerful online collaborative whiteboard that can revolutionize the way you manage projects.
Learning Objectives:
1. Navigate Miro's Foundational Features: Participants will learn how to use Miro’s core functions, including creating and organizing boards, adding content, and collaborating with team members.
2. Understand the 4 C’s of Workshops: Participants will be introduced to the 4 C’s framework for conducting effective workshops and collaborative meetings in a virtual setting.
3. Apply Collaborative Exercises to Projects: Participants will learn how to run exercises like retrospectives, brainstorming, and prioritization sessions using Miro to improve team alignment and project outcomes.
4. Use Miro Templates and Facilitation Tips: Participants will be equipped with ready-to-use templates and practical facilitation techniques for leading engaging, effective virtual meetings with their teams.
These objectives emphasize hands-on skills, collaborative strategies, and practical tools that the participants can apply directly to their projects.
