Ever heard of agility? Probably, especially of Scrum. Another - if not the final - stage of agility in a company is called an Agile Organization. But what is an agile organization anyway? What constitutes it? One answer to this is the people or the employees in the organization. And it is precisely at this point that the problem arises that the perfect Agile organization is and will remain a utopia for almost all companies. More on this aspect can be found in the lecture.
Philipp Diebold
Prof. Dr. Philipp Diebold has been the founder, managing director, and Agile coach of Bagilstein GmbH since 2018. Previously, he was an employee and project manager at Fraunhofer IESE for several years and has been working on the topic of agility since the beginning of this time, from individual teams to projects to the transformation to a complete agile company. In addition, he is doing his doctorate(s) on the selection of the appropriate agility for the respective context or challenges. Since 2021 he is also a professor for business informatics at the iu International University.

You will then be active as a spectator, seeing and hearing us. When speaking, please use the "raise your hand" or "Q&A" feature. Then we can answer the question and/or include you in the discussion via audio and possibly video. To actively participate in the meeting, you should have a camera and microphone.
