Communicating and Working Better Across Cultures
In this session, Silke Deul, Principal Project Manager and PMP®, will share real-world lessons learned from more than 15 years of managing complex international projects across four continents. Drawing on her work in the energy and construction sectors, Silke will explore how to turn cultural diversity into a strength rather than a source of misunderstanding.
The event combines a short presentation with a Q&A session, offering participants the opportunity to discuss practical approaches to improving collaboration in multicultural environments.
Key Takeaways:

- Learn practical strategies to prevent misunderstandings and “lost in translation” situations
- Discover tools and approaches to foster inclusion, trust, and alignment in multicultural teams
- Gain insights on adapting leadership and project management practices across cultures
