With three roundtables and one group working session already this year, our exchange is hands-on, insightful – and growing fast.
The report is PMI's third thought leadership report on the role of generative AI (GenAI) in project management.
In the first report “First Movers' Advantage” (Benefits of Adopting Generative AI for Project Management | PMI), two central groups of GenAI users in project management were identified: Trailblazers and Explorers. The study showed that Trailblazers were not only able to automate routine tasks through the use of GenAI, but were also able to improve complex tasks such as risk management and decision-making - with positive effects on productivity, creativity and problem-solving skills.

A platform for PMO professionals - now also in the PMI Germany Chapter!
We are pleased to announce the official launch of the PMOGA (Project Management Office Global Alliance) Community in the PMI Germany Chapter! This initiative brings PMO professionals together to share best practices, learn from each other and actively shape the future of project management.
A first meeting with members of the previous CoP PMO has already taken place. The foundation stone for the new PMOGA Community has been laid and we look forward to welcoming more interested participants from the PMO field.
