The CoP Power Skills is back with a lot of power after the summer holidays. We (re-) started with a lot of enthusiasm the Community of Practice Power Skills and quickly recognized the following topics for us:

• Psychological safety (Project manager and team)
• Stakeholder relations, conflict and expectation management
• Development trends in digital infrastructure and willingness to change
• Leadership, motivation, sustainable project results

The first partial results were developed in these different working groups. And after the summer holidays, we, 13 CoP members so far, will continue to work on it in order to soon be able to show noteworthy insights for our chapter members.

Three sessions, three key insights, and four more dates before the end of the year: The current Lean-Agile CoP series explores what it really takes for organizations to become adaptable. The journey continues on September 17 with the “Battle of Principles.”

In May, the Lean-Agile CoP launched its new series “From Agility to Business & Enterprise Agility.” After the first three sessions, a clear picture is already emerging: Agility has become established in many organizations – but agile methods and frameworks alone do not make an organization truly adaptable.

Three Key Insights from the Sessions So Far

The PMO Global Alliance Europe (PMOGA) is expanding its offering for the international Project Management Office community. In addition to the established PMO Power Hour, the new PMO Roadmap Series introduces three new formats.

Almost a year ago, the PMO Mentoring Program was launched. Since then, the experiences and insights gained by participants have begun to shape a first blueprint for setting up and developing PMOs.

Are you looking for peer-level sparring, field-tested templates, and a roadmap for your first months? The PMO Mentoring Program of the PMI Germany Chapter connects you with experienced mentors and fellow PMO professionals facing similar challenges.

New mentees are welcome at any time: The program has no fixed start or end date, so you can join whenever the timing is right for you.

With Series I 2026 successfully completed, the PMI Germany Chapter Study Group is already looking ahead to the next chapter: Series II 2026 is scheduled to begin in mid-September, and preparations are well underway.

Before we look forward, we would like to thank everyone who made Series I possible. A heartfelt thank you goes to our tutors, participants, and volunteers for contributing their time, expertise, and enthusiasm. Your commitment and active participation are what make the Study Group a supportive and engaging learning community.
