Invitation to the hybrid general meeting on November 25, 2024

Dear members of the PMI Germany Chapter e.V.,

We hereby cordially invite you to our Annual General Meeting 2024, which we will hold on November 25, 2024 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. as a hybrid event in German language.

The general meeting is embedded in the PM Summit 2024, which we are organizing on 25 and 26 November 2024 in Munich, and will take place both on-site and online. Participation in the PM Summit 2024 is not required to attend on site.

Only members of the PMI Germany Chapter e.V. are entitled to participate in the General Meeting. In order to verify membership, a special registration is required in which you will be asked to enter your PMI ID. The usual registration via our website for PMI Germany Chapter e.V. events is NOT possible. You will find the link for registration further down in this e-mail.

After successful registration including verification of your membership, you will receive the participation link from mitgliederversammlung@pmi-gc.de no later than two days before the General Meeting. Please also check your spam folder! If you have not received a participation link at least two days before the general meeting, even though you are a member, please contact us at mitgliederversammlung@pmi-gc.de.

Voting will all take place online, including for those present on site. In order to participate in the votes, it is necessary to be logged in via a standard web browser. All those successfully registered will receive access data from abstimmung@pmi-gc.de to our voting tool (OpenSlides)one to two days before the general meeting, including a short guide. The instructions can already be downloaded<<here >>. Please familiarize yourself with it, as we will not be able to provide any additional support during the General Assembly. If you have not received an e-mail about our voting tool two days before the General Assembly, please contact mitgliederversammlung@pmi-gc.de.

Please make sure that your PMI profile on pmi.org contains correct information so that we can reach you properly.

Please note: For logistical reasons, the time stated in the invitation sent out had to be adjusted!

1 - Welcome and determination of quorum
2 - Presentation and approval of the agenda, handling of motions
3 - Financial report for the 2023 financial year
4 - Cash audit report for the 2023 financial year
5 - Approval of the actions of the Executive Board for the 2023 financial year
6 - Report on chapter activities since the last AGM and outlook
7 - Questions and answers

Approx. 7:30 p.m.: End of the General Meeting and closing of the online conference room

PM-Summit 2024 - final spurt!

After more than a year of planning and preparation, the “PM-Summit 2024” project comes to an end on November 25/26, 2024.

In many hours of voluntary work, the team Jutta Zilian, Thomas Pförtner, Jens Liebold, Anthony Soprano, Madeleine Schulz, Chanaka Perera and Benedikt Warmke have done everything they could to organize a great congress.

The team put together an outstanding program and created the logistical conditions to provide the participants with two wonderful days of learning and networking.

We have often reported on the topics covered in the presentations and workshops: AI in project management, dealing with projects in organizations - keyword PMO, the procedures and methods of project management and the broad field of “power skills”, the ability to achieve results in a team.

Now everything is ready and we look forward to your participation.

Chapter Magazine Issue 1-2024 is available online
